Cost: FREE to Customers who participate during screening event.

Testing will be administered by trained Nurses from Summit Health. No appointment is necessary. Each test time is approximately 10 minutes.

DIABETIC GLUCOSE SCREENS consist of the following:

Summit Health uses FDA certified glucose measuring instruments to conduct diabetes screenings. Each individual will receive a one-page report with glucose guidelines and their corresponding results at the screening event. The Summit Health Nurse professional will review the results with the individual patient.
